| Shaknis is an ex-member of the Lithuanian hip-pop band, who re-discovered himself in the alternative electronic music. He started gathering various defected electronic instruments, which reparation became one of his main inspirational sources. First three tracks of “Theremostability EP” is the result of Shaknis creative shift, supported by OBCDN and Patris remixes. The EP in digital and MC format appears on minimal.lt and Partyzanai refreshed joint label PPP Records and will be presented on the 22nd of December at event PPP: Umwelt. | DJ $TOCKER is awkward-winning international Internet figure, a blurry celluloid who fights demons like mom. One of the biggest influences for Mr. DJ $TOCKER are money, avant-garde music and cinema like short movie “Outer Space”. His sounds lead to some kind of paranoia of unpretentious eyeless angel. Some say he is just a meditational cocktail of runny nose in this chaotic modern shopping culture. DJ $TOCKER – in terms of music – is not about something to get scared of. It is more about getting confused and wondering what those uncomfortable compositions are trying to say. But maybe they do not mean anything at all. It is more about the exploration of the “sense and nonsense”, where the significant dissonance between the spectator and events creates a huge disruption of the ability to be sucked in. The dark side of the stock is used as a resistance to the normal music rules, conception of this medium and more importantly – comprehension of human factor as “non-creative”. DJ $TOCKER’s latest EP is dedicated for the political madness partly created over social media. This confusion is reflected in his creative process, which reminds a situation where dozen opened tabs with looped audio sounds have no ability to be closed. You are trapped and you are already dead.The EP appears on minimal.lt and Partyzanai joint label Plius Plius Plius Records and will be presented on the 10th of March at event +++ w/ Eduardo De La Calle. | OBCDN aka Obsidian – for many centuries have been used successfully by crystals gazers and shamans to make contact with the spirit world. The vibration of Obsidian may resonate within the third eye and has a strong vibration to aid the receiving of answers to any questions. OBCDN electronic journey began in late 2008. As trained classical musician, guitarist and pianist he started exploring underground techno scene of the small Lithuanian town Siauliai. OBCDN instantly became synthesizers and vinyl enthusiast after his first debut at annual techno festival “Inferno”, where he introduced his own rough industrial, raw and transcendental techno palette. Since 2012 OBCDN is based in UK, but still spreads his sound all the way from the Netherlands, Germany to Lithuania. After years of exploration OBCDN now introduces his 4 track prelude to his never ending electronic music story. Debut EP appears on minimal.lt and Partyzanai joint label Plius Plius Plius Records. “Plius 6 EP” will be released on the 23rd of December 2016 and presented on the same day at event +++ w/ Eric Cloutier. | At the times of extreme electronic music diversification and intend to be modern, we value the artists, who stay conistent and follow their vision. Black Water are the rare ones, who follow their inspiration and vision since we know them. The result is an album, which is strongly influenced by Cologne sound. At the time you can classify it as “Retro Kompakt Sound”, but it’s all about universal language. And it convinced us no doubt. Black Water debut album “Night Shift“ is the result of a long-term creative process, which was finally compiled into one story-concept, where all tracks deliver random but significant message. | Copenhagen based gear nerd, wax junkie, event promoter, member of “Untitled Tricks” group exploring the sounds of jakbeat, acid, ebm, industrial, electro, italo, techno and more. The “Plius 5 EP” tracks were recorded in the period of 2013-2016. All are one shot live jam-style recording with no further editing and recorded using mostly analog synths. EP is topped with Drvg Cvltvre Remix, who was the last guest in Plius Plius Plius micro rave at one of the best Vilnius clubs “Opium”. | Thing aka Alex Krell is a breakthrough Vilnius dj/producer, already named as Lithuanian Ben Klock because of sound parallels and his roots – Alex father is from a worldwide famous cultural heritage city of Weimar in Thüringen. Since his teenage time, Alex was active in various solo and co-projects, which were mile stones on the road to his present and more crystalized abstract sound. The journey is not finished, but at the moment you can feel a big influences of Ostgut Ton heroes such as Marcell Dettmann, Planetary Assault Systems, Answer Code Request, Kobosil and of course Ben Klock. “Plus 2 EP” is a status quo of Alex’s long and diligent effort to deliver a quality and unique electronic dance music sound. Fresh minimal.lt and Partyzanai joint label Plius Plius Plius Records is very proud to accompany Thing in his music journey. | Partyzanai are launching a joint label together with the minimal.lt community, which is responsible for the Resident Advisor featured best electronic music festival in Lithuania – Supynes. We are happy to join our efforts to discover, purify and deliver a quality electronic music, which each time will presented in the since 2010 established party series +++. First two releases are already scheduled with Mecanica and Thing “Plius 1” and “Plius 2” EPs, which will be released on the 3rd of October and 4th of December. More information to follow …
