FEW NOLDER  / LIVE
TABULATOR2
Few Nolder – a simple phrase without any straight meaning. The start of this one-man project came into public view accidentally. After a mini track presentation on a non-commercial Lithuanian site ore.lt, it was well known djs and promoters, Partyzanai, who were the first to notice something different in the sound of FN. Everything from ambient minimal to eclectic techno whilst modifying most of the traditional ways of expressing electronic music styles.

Early musical experiments by Soya (Aivaras Onaitis, Vytis Puronas) rapidly spread amongst the fans of electronic music nearly a decade ago. Employing the sounds of Lithuanian analogue synthesizers and robotic vocals the duo defined their unique style positioning themselves between Lithuanian pop and underground music. Later, pausing the studio practice for some years the pair engaged in various projects with other collaborators and delved into vast field of electronic music – from club dance music (Soya Modifed) to wall of guitar sound (The Headandshoulders), from glitch techno (Lumotree) to field recordings and video experiments.

SRAUNUS / LIVE / DJ
TABULATOR2
In early childhood Sraunus (real name – Paulius Markutis) started to play with a comb and piece of paper to imitate the sound of the flanger effect. He was singing in front of a mirror in his fictional language. That was how it all started, Sraunus experiment began. “It was a shame, that i was so little taught about music” – ironically adds the singer.
Paulius creativity roots are firmly seated and he still sings in his own music in unknown language, which is most accurately understood only by himself. The others may interpret it according to themselves. Sraunus creations can be described as complicated electronic dub variations, that are floating between minimal techno and experimental restraints diving into pure ambient.

WASTED GAZE / LIVE / DJ
TABULATOR2
Andrejus Kurkinas is known as Wasted Gaze who developed his love for vintage synths in the small town musical school throughout his teenage years. One of his teachers had legendary synthesizers Juno-106, DX7 and a couple of Russian vintage monster synths as well. Teacher’s absence caused Andrejus wondering for unacademic experiments that lead him to djing in the late 90′s. Wasted Gaze started making music in 2004, since then dozens of trials and errors went into the recycle bin. The final decisive moment was after Andrejus purchased his long-time favorite Juno-106 that brought him back some good old memories and lead him closer to making music.

 BA.  / LIVE
TABULATOR2
Another core evidence that the future of creativity belongs to the less influenced and brave youth. 17 years old Benas Aleksandravicius aka. Ba. unexpectedly appeared in the Lithuanian indie rock scene with his unique, virgin and promising sound. More brave is Ba. manifesto to sing his own encapsulated lyrics just in mother language. Furthermore Benas does the whole sound design on his own and later performs with his perfectly briefed band, which is the reason why every performance is a live instrumental improvisation of his creations.

Black Water (aka Ele 7) are electronic music artists from Vilnius. Initially having started out as a band of seven members, spicing their electronic sound with live vocals and musical instruments (guitars, drums), today they are a duo – Mantas Ažondenis and Vaidotas Mikulka. After their debut performance at the electronic music festival “Supynes” in 2007, Ele 7 managed to raise the roofs of all the biggest clubs in Lithuania, and in 2011 the electronic act released their debut album, “Open Air”, which neatly comprised the early tracks of the band – 15 untitled songs – sonically ranging from dance-floor oriented electronica to alluringly unfamiliar ambient.
Fully ripe and mature, today Ele7 are decisively shedding their well-known skin and presenting their new alter ego – Black Water, followed by a new EP, “Let’s Pretend”.
