| Fostering genuine connections is key for the label at this moment. Long term collaborators, friends and Elata Collective residents Deranged and James first appeared together on our Gars of Gars compilation and now return with their first joint statement for the label: Gars Split EP #1. Two artists from the same universe – one from Lithuania and one from the UK – connected through sound, trust, and a shared taste for hypnotic groove. This release is made for the Gars x R-Ūkas occasion – a special one: limited, intimate, and meant to be experienced inside the right room.
The EP will appear on digital and 12″ formats and releases on the co-curated label Gars Records, which focuses on classically modern techno. Big thanks to Povilas Baranauskis to make it look good and audiomastering.lt to sound it good.
